The history of the Kingdom dates back to three centuries of glory and prosperity, and is characterized by an ancient cultural heritage and solid roots.
The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, under the leadership of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and His Highness the Crown Prince - may God protect them - is an extension of a long history, and the fruit of efforts made by the imams of the first Saudi state, as the roots of the ruling family in the Kingdom go back to the founder of the first Saudi state, Imam Muhammad bin Saud - may God have mercy on him - who founded the Saudi state (in 1139 AH, corresponding to 1727 AD).
Saudi society is the children of that generation that contributed to building the first Saudi state, and from the same geographical spot that witnessed events that changed the map of the Arabian Peninsula region and established the glorious history of the Kingdom.
The celebration of the Kingdom's Founding Day is a beautiful tribute to its deep-rooted cultural heritage and historical significance spanning three centuries. It's inspiring to see how such traditions shape national identity.
